Integrity Bookkeeping, LLC is seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to join our Certified Woman-Owned Team and manage multiple client accounts—right from a home office. You will handle onboarding, bookkeeping, invoicing, and monthly closings while collaborating with clients to optimize their financial workflows.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting, 5+ years of experience, and proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required/strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience.
• CPB license preferred but not required; license coursework available after hire.
• Home office setup with reliable broadband and Windows 10+.

Responsabilités

• Onboard new clients, set up books and cloud-based accounting tools.
• Manage invoicing, A/P and A/R, monthly closings and financial reporting.
• Communicate regularly with management to ensure client satisfaction and timely deliverables.
