Job summary

Strategic Financial Reporting, Inc. is seeking a skilled bookkeeper for a fully remote role supporting small to mid-sized businesses in Florida. You will perform monthly to daily bookkeeping duties, manage client relationships, and ensure accuracy across accounting processes.

You will utilize QuickBooks Online, maintain financial statements, and handle payroll and tax prep support while collaborating with the team to meet client needs and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of detailed bookkeeping and accounting support
• QuickBooks Online Certification
• 3+ years QuickBooks in a professional setting
• Proficient with Outlook and Office 365 Online
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to work 40 hours per week remotely

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional bookkeeping services via QuickBooks Online
• Close books monthly and email reports to clients
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Record journal entries and maintain chart of accounts
• Prepare financial statements for analysis and tax prep
• Conduct periodic reconciliations
• Process payroll per client needs
• Ensure client compliance with reporting requirements
• Support client onboarding processes
