Schweiger Dermatology Group is seeking a Staff Accountant to support the day-to-day and month-end accounting operations. You will prepare monthly journal entries, complete reconciliations, and assist with internal and external audit requests under the Accounting Manager’s direction.

The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and cross-department collaboration. This remote position is opened to several states and values healthcare industry experience along with strong Excel and ERP skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GAAP and month-end close processes.
• Strong Excel skills including formulas, pivots, and lookups.
• Effective written and verbal communication across departments.

Responsabilités

• Prepare monthly journal entries and reconciliations.
• Assist with audit requests and provide documentation as needed.
• Support close processes and ensure accuracy of the general ledger.
• Maintain audit-ready workpapers and support documentation.
