Crystalia Glass LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage bank and credit card accounting, accounts payable, and cost allocation for multiple projects. The role supports remote work and requires hands-on QuickBooks experience, with at least 3 years in accounting and 1 year with a U.S.-based company.

The position offers full-time hours, with standard NY timing, and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
• At least 1 year with a U.S.-based company.
• Professional education in accounting.
• Confident QuickBooks user with at least 1 year of hands-on experience.
• English level B1-B2 or higher.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilités

• Record and allocate daily bank transactions, including checking accounts and credit card activity.
• Prepare and reconcile monthly and quarterly bank and credit card statements.
• Maintain the AP subledger.
• Regularly reconcile vendor statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Allocate COGS, direct costs, and operational expenses across multiple projects and cost centers.
• Identify, track, and flag discrepancies or irregularities in financial data for internal review.
