Job summary

Crystalia Glass LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our remote accounting team. You will manage bank and vendor records, allocate costs across projects, and flag discrepancies before they become issues.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience, including a year with a U.S.-based company, and is proficient with QuickBooks Online or Desktop. English level B1–B2+ and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, including at least 1 year with a U.S.-based company.
• Professional education in accounting.
• Confident QuickBooks Online (or Desktop) user with at least 1 year of hands-on experience, from basic bookkeeping to reconciliations (mandatory).
• English level B1-B2 or higher.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Record and allocate daily bank transactions, including checking accounts and credit card activity.
• Prepare and reconcile monthly and quarterly bank and credit card statements.
• Maintain the AP subledger and regularly reconcile vendor statements for accuracy.
