Job summary

Crystalia Glass LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage bank, credit card, and vendor records remotely for US operations. You will allocate costs across multiple projects, perform reconciliations, and flag discrepancies before they become issues.

The role requires QuickBooks proficiency and solid knowledge of US payroll and tax basics. This full-time, fully remote position offers exposure to the US market and collaboration with a professional, distributed team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• At least 1 year with a U.S.-based company.
• Professional education in accounting.
• Proficient QuickBooks Online (or Desktop) is mandatory.
• English level B1–B2 or higher.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
• U.S. tax preparation and payroll understanding.

Responsibilities

• Record and allocate daily bank and credit card transactions.
• Prepare and reconcile monthly and quarterly bank statements.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our Accounting team. In this role, you will keep our bank, credit card, and vendor records accurate, allocate costs across multiple projects, and flag discrepancies before they become problems. • Bank & Credit Card Accounting Record and allocate daily bank transactions, including checking accounts and credit card activity.
• Prepare and reconcile monthly and quarterly bank and credit card statements.
• Accounts Payable Maintain the AP subledger. Regularly reconcile vendor statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Cost Allocation Allocate COGS, direct costs, and operational expenses across multiple projects and cost centers.
• Accuracy & Control Identify, track, and flag discrepancies or irregularities in financial data for internal review
