Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Legal Intake Specialist for a fully remote role in the United States. You will be the first contact for individuals seeking guidance about Social Security Disability benefits, conducting intake conversations, gathering sensitive information, and helping clients understand options.

The position combines client service, case screening, data management, and coordination with attorneys and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the welcoming and professional first point of contact for prospective clients seeking information about Social Security Disability benefits.
• Conduct detailed intake interviews to collect accurate medical, employment, personal, and case-related information.
• Screen prospective cases against applicable Social Security Disability eligibility guidelines.
• Explain the disability benefits application and appeals process clearly, accurately, and compassionately.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to online inquiries while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and service.
• Schedule consultations and conduct appropriate follow-up with prospective clients throughout the intake process.
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate client information in CRM or case management systems.
• Complete administrative tasks related to client onboarding and case intake.
• Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive personal, medical, and legal information, following HIPAA requirements and applicable policies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and internal team members to support a smooth intake and onboarding process.
• Manage a high volume of inquiries while remaining organized, attentive, and composed.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure prospective clients receive timely and consistent support.
