Job summary

EVENING POST GROUP seeks an Intake Agent to guide potential Social Security disability clients through consultation and application processes. This remote role requires excellent phone presence, data-entry accuracy, and strong written and verbal communication. Work hours are 9:00 am–6:00 pm EST, Monday–Friday, with training 9:00 am–6:00 pm EST.

Equipment is provided for home offices. Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, life and disability coverage, a 401(k) with company match,

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED and call center experience.
• Two years of high-volume call center experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive all inbound and outbound calls from potential disability clients.
• Perform data-entry and verify document accuracy against scripts.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to procedures.
• Flexibly manage hours and work with the team as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
