Parmele Disability Advocates is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to be one of the first contacts for individuals seeking SSDI/VA disability benefits. You will guide prospective clients, collect information, and coordinate the intake process with empathy and efficiency.

The ideal candidate is organized, a strong communicator, and capable of building trust quickly with diverse clients. Hybrid/remote schedule and full-time employment are offered.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound phone calls and live chat inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to prospective clients seeking SSDI/VA representation.
• Build rapport quickly and create a positive first impression of the firm.
• Clearly explain services and options to prospective clients.
• Gather and document client information accurately in firm systems.
• Schedule consultations and coordinate onboarding steps.
• Maintain records and ensure intake documentation is complete and up to date.
• Collaborate with attorneys and internal teams to support a seamless client experience.
• Perform general administrative tasks related to client onboarding and intake.
