Responsibilities

• Review SSA’s administrative record thoroughly.
• Conduct legal research to argue errors in SSA's decision.
• Draft initial brief and substantive filings regarding the case.
• Maintain contemporaneous time records for attorney fee petitions.
• Work independently without client contact or court appearances.
