Tower Law Group seeks a full-time Associate Attorney for its Social Security Disability practice. This 100% remote role offers a signing bonus and opportunities to work on both hearing-level cases and appellate federal appeals.

We require a licensed attorney with at least 3 years of hands-on experience; a writing sample will be requested. The position includes a generous benefits package and flexible schedule as we grow our practice.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney in good standing.
• 3+ years hands-on experience in Social Security Disability or related.
• Writing sample available upon request.
• Ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Represent claimants before Administrative Law Judges in SSD hearings.
• Handle federal court SSD appeals, review administrative records and draft briefs.
• Prepare clients for administrative hearings and hearings preparation.
