Job summary

Premier Disability Services, LLC seeks an Associate Attorney to join our fast-paced in-house legal team supporting disability-services clients. You will review client cases, handle appeals, and provide substantive legal advice on technology, health, and law across multiple matters. You must juggle many projects independently and with business leaders.

Role requires a law degree and bar admission; experience with SSA is desirable. The position offers challenging growth in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited law school.
• Licensed attorney in at least one state bar.
• Experience or familiarity with Social Security Administration desirable.
• Strong research and writing skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide representation for clients scheduled to appear before an Administrative Law Judge.
• Draft pre-hearing, post-hearing, and appellate briefs.
• Assist with development and implementation of scalable policies and procedures.
• Review client cases for On the Record and Premier Hearing suitability.
• Conduct legal research and respond to management questions.
