Responsabilidades

• Represent clients at disability hearings (in person, phone, and video).
• Prepare clients for success with detailed pre-hearing meetings.
• Build case strategies by reviewing medical records, vocational information, and case history.
• Draft persuasive pre-hearing briefs and written statements.
• Strengthen cases before hearings by identifying missing evidence and coordinating with the team.
• Evaluate cases involving multiple benefit programs.
• Explain legal concepts in clear, easy-to-understand language.
• Stay organized and proactive with strong case preparation systems and deadlines.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and client service.
• Perform any other duties needed to serve clients and the mission.
