Job summary

Accruent seeks an experienced Site Reliability Engineering Manager to lead a global SRE team responsible for reliability, scalability, and security of our cloud-based SaaS platforms. You will shape the SRE operating model, drive automation, and align engineering practices with business goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud Operations, DevOps, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience leading technical engineering teams.
• Proven experience supporting large-scale SaaS platforms in Microsoft Azure.
• Strong understanding of reliability engineering principles and operational excellence practices, including service level indicators, service level objectives, error budgets, and observability.
• Experience leading incident management, problem management, disaster recovery, and resilience programmes.
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, automation, monitoring, and cloud security practices.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with the ability to explain technical risk and priorities to senior audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a globally distributed SRE team.
• Define and execute the SRE strategy and roadmap focusing on availability, scalability, and simplicity.
• Guide incident management, root cause analysis, and disaster recovery.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Security, and Support to align reliability with product roadmaps.
• Drive automation, observability, and standardization to reduce complexity and costs.
