Job summary

Accruent is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineering Manager to lead our global SRE practice across cloud-based SaaS platforms. You will shape the operating model, standards, and engineering practices to support scalable, reliable services and sustainable growth.

The role emphasizes people leadership, capacity planning, incident response, and collaboration with Engineering, Product, Security and Support teams to improve platform health and customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud Operations, DevOps, or related discipline.
• 3+ years leading technical engineering teams.
• Experience guiding Systems Engineers into SRE roles.
• Proven track record supporting large-scale SaaS on Microsoft Azure.
• Strong understanding of SRE principles, SLIs/SLAs, error budgets, observability.
• Experience in incident management, disaster recovery, and resilience programs.
