Eltropy Inc. is seeking an experienced SRE & DevOps leader to drive reliability, automation, and scale of our SaaS platform.

This 100% remote India role involves hands-on leadership, incident management, and guiding a distributed team across IST and US time zones. You will work with engineering leadership to define SRE principles, capacity planning, and observability standards while ensuring security and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of leadership experience as a DevOps/SRE manager.
• Experience coordinating distributed teams across IST and US time zones.
• Experience running an incident management process with blameless postmortems and RCA.
• Hands-on cloud infra experience across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Kubernetes, IAM).

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of SRE/DevOps engineers.
• Oversee incident management processes end-to-end, on-call rotations, escalation paths, RCA and postmortems.
• Define and drive SRE principles: SLOs/SLIs, error budgets, capacity planning, observability.
• Partner with engineering leadership to drive process improvements balancing feature delivery, reliability, security, and cost.
• Coordinate a distributed team across IST and US time zones with effective handoffs and communication.
• Report on team health, reliability metrics, and roadmap planning with leadership.
