Loadsmart seeks an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) Tech Lead to build and maintain the internal platform, driving reliability and scalability. You will lead on-call, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product and infrastructure teams worldwide to keep systems safe and performant.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years leading Reliability Work across multiple engineering squads.
• Over 5 years of experience in Cloud Computing, SRE/DevOps.
• Proven experience collaborating with internal stakeholders across multiple engineering squads.
• Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to delegate and mentor team members.
• Proficient in English communication to collaborate in an international team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with and support our development team to design, deploy, and operate critical systems.
• Lead reliability projects with engineering teams and drive ongoing improvements.
• Perform root-cause analysis of outages and implement preventative measures.
• Maintain service levels and participate in on-call rotations as needed.
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices across the platform.
