Humana is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer 2 to design, build, and operate internal AI-enabled solutions that reduce toil and improve incident response. You will work across Python, Angular, SQL, Databricks, and SSIS to deliver scalable, reliable services for support and operations teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in software development, automation engineering, application support engineering, site reliability engineering, or related technical role.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing applications and automation solutions using Python and SQL.
• Experience building, enhancing, and supporting web-based applications, APIs, automation tools, or enterprise software solutions.
• 1+ years of experience working with Angular or similar front-end frameworks to develop and maintain user-facing applications.
• Experience with data engineering, ETL, or integration technologies including Databricks, SSIS, or comparable platforms.
• SDLC knowledge, production support experience, and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in Agile teams and translate technical concepts to business outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and deploy internal products and automations that reduce manual operational effort.
• Build AI-enabled solutions to assist support engineers with troubleshooting, knowledge retrieval, and incident response.
• Develop and maintain applications using Python, Angular, SQL, Databricks, SSIS, and related enterprise tech.
• Integrate applications with enterprise AI gateways and model platforms for secure AI capabilities.
• Participate in model selection, evaluation, and basic tuning to align AI with product needs.
• Collaborate with engineers to deliver stories and enhancements in an Agile environment.
• Support deployment, monitoring, reliability, and continuous improvement of production products.
• Contribute to coding standards, testing, documentation, and operational readiness.
• Identify opportunities for automation and self-service in workflows.
