Job summary

Humana is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer 2 to join the AI and Operations Engineering team. You will design, build, deploy, and support internal solutions to reduce operational toil and improve incident response for support and operations teams.

You will work with Python, Angular, SQL, Databricks, and SSIS to deliver reliable, scalable products and automations. Travel to Humana offices may be required for training or meetings, with a strong software engineering mindset and collaboration

Qualifications

~3+ years in software development or site reliability engineering.
~3+ years building/maintaining applications and automation.
~1+ years with Angular or similar front-end frameworks.
Experience with Databricks, SSIS, or comparable platforms.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy internal products and automations to reduce manual effort.
Build AI-enabled solutions to assist support engineers with troubleshooting and knowledge retrieval.
Develop and maintain applications using Python, Angular, SQL, Databricks, SSIS.
Collaborate with leads, architects, and stakeholders in an agile environment.
Support deployment, monitoring, and reliability of production systems.
