This role sits within Application Reliability Operations Engineering (AROE) and drives proactive support, operational excellence, and risk mitigation. You will guide teams across digital, enrollment, health, data, contact center, cloud, and BPO services, shaping a culture of ownership and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant technical experience.
• 6+ years in SRE, Production Operations, Platform Engineering, or related technology disciplines.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Experience collaborating with technical leads and cross-functional teams.
• Passionate about improving consumer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead AROE application and platform operations for reliable production services.
• Champion SRE principles including observability and automation.
• Drive OpEx through proactive service health management and incident handling.
• Establish proactive support to identify risks before business impact.
• Provide operational leadership across digital, enrollment, health, data, and cloud platforms.
• Lead incident response and systemic issue management with clear ownership.
• Strengthen accountability with internal teams and external partners.
• Partner with tech and business to understand service criticality.
• Lead managers and professionals toward a culture of ownership and improvement.
• Make decisions on complex technical issues with broad impact.
