Job summary

EDB is seeking a Program Manager II to align global engineering teams and manage a portfolio of technical programs. You will report to a Sr. Engineering Director in the Chief of Staff / PMO and support the CTO's leadership with planning, governance, and executive communications.

You will own the program cadence, track risks, and deliver executive dashboards on delivery and velocity. Strong software development know-how, stakeholder collaboration, and data fluency are essential in a fast-moving,

Qualifications

• Experience managing technical programs in a software engineering environment with senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of software development: sprints, releases, and dependencies.
• Data fluency with metrics to surface risks and drive decisions.
• Collaborate with global teams and cross-functional partners.
• Strong problem-solving and independent decision making.
• Ability to present to executives and use AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of technical programs aligned with organizational priorities and deliver outcomes.
• Own the full cadence for your programs, including tracking, status and risk logs; escalate blockers with clear recommendations.
• Build and maintain executive-ready reports and dashboards on delivery, spend, support metrics and engineering velocity.
• Lead alignment across global engineering teams and senior leaders, driving clarity in requirements and plans.
• Communicate ideas persuasively to influence team decisions and program outcomes.
