Job summary

EDB is seeking a Program Manager II for a 100% remote role based in the United States. You will coordinate global engineering efforts, manage a portfolio of technical programs, and own governance processes for the CTO/Chief of Staff Office.

This role emphasizes data-driven decision making and executive-level reporting. You will report to a Senior Engineering Director and partner with the CTO’s leadership team.

Qualifications

• Experience managing technical programs in software engineering environments.
• Ability to define and track metrics, surface risks, and drive data-informed decisions.
• Experience presenting to executives and reporting on delivery and velocity.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of technical programs aligned with priorities.
• Own program cadence including tracking, status and risk logs; escalate blockers with recommendations.
• Build executive-ready reports and dashboards on delivery, spend, and velocity.
• Lead alignment across global engineering teams and senior leaders.
