Job summary

EDB is seeking a Program Manager II to align global engineering programs and support the CTO and leadership. This role is 100% remote for US-based candidates and reports to a Senior Engineering Director in the Chief of Staff/PMO.

You will own the planning cycles, governance, and executive communications, build dashboards, manage risks, and drive data-driven decisions using AI tools to improve workflows across teams.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing technical programs in a software engineering environment with senior stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of how software is built, shipped, with sprints and releases.
• Data fluency: defining metrics, tracking them, surfacing risks early.
• Ability to collaborate across global teams and partners.
• Sound judgment for complex decisions and escalation when needed.
• Comfort elevating issues with senior leaders and engineers.
• Experience delivering executive presentations and reporting; familiarity with AI-assisted workflows.
• Growth mindset with rapid learning in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of technical programs aligned to priorities and deliver outcomes.
• Own full cadence for programs: tracking, status, risk logs, escalation with recommendations.
• Build and maintain executive-ready reports and dashboards on delivery, spend, and velocity.
• Lead alignment across global engineering teams and senior leaders.
• Communicate persuasively to influence decisions and program outcomes.
