Job summary

EDB, a data and AI platform leader, is seeking a Program Manager II to align global engineering efforts and manage a portfolio of technical programs. You will drive cadence, governance, and reporting that keeps initiatives on track and outcomes measurable.

You will report to a Senior Engineering Director in the Chief of Staff/PMO, supporting the CTO and leadership team. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, executive communications, and collaboration across teams to accelerate

Qualifications

Experience managing technical programs in software engineering with senior stakeholders.
Understanding of sprints, releases, and dependencies.
Data fluency with metrics and risk management.
Collaboration across global engineering teams and leaders.
Executive reporting and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of technical programs aligned with organizational priorities.
Own the full cadence for programs, including tracking, status and risk logs.
Build executive-ready reports and dashboards on delivery, spend, and velocity.
Lead alignment across global engineering teams and senior leaders.
Communicate ideas persuasively to influence decisions.
