Job summary

EDB, a data and AI platform pioneer in PostgreSQL, seeks a Program Manager II to align global engineering programs with business priorities. This remote US role reports to the CTO office, coordinating planning cycles, governance, and executive communications for rapid decision-making and data-driven outcomes.

You will drive delivery, spend and velocity dashboards, lead cross-functional collaboration, and shape strategic requirements with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience managing technical programs in a software engineering environment.
• Understanding of sprints, releases, and dependencies.
• Demonstrated data fluency with metrics, tracking, and risk visibility.
• Ability to collaborate with global engineering teams and cross-functional partners.
• Sound judgment in complex decisions and problem solving.
• Experience delivering executive presentations and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of technical programs aligned with organizational priorities and deliver consistent outcomes.
• Own the full cadence for programs, including tracking, status and risk logs, escalating blockers with recommendations.
• Build and maintain executive-ready reports and dashboards on delivery, spend, and velocity.
• Lead alignment across global engineering teams and senior leaders to clarify requirements and plans.
• Communicate ideas persuasively to influence program decisions and outcomes.
