You will coordinate with Sales, Product, Operations, Billing, Claims, and field teams to evaluate opportunities, set the right integration approach, and support ongoing needs. The role may be remote or hybrid within the US.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, ownership, or related leadership programs.
• Experience in payer, vendor integration, contracting, or healthcare programs.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into structured requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy for third-party vendor integrations across the portfolio.
• Own and maintain the inventory of vendors enabled for integration.
• Guide intake requests and evaluate feasibility, then drive readiness.
• Craft field communications on vendor models and operational updates.
• Lead cross-functional resolution of production issues with clear ownership.
