Signature Performance in the United States is seeking an SQA Testing Lead who will mentor the SQA team, design and maintain quality assurance plans, and collaborate across IT and business stakeholders to ensure reliable software products.

You will develop test strategies, automate tests, track quality metrics, and guide teams through SDLC integration while staying current with testing tools and best practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' work experience leading software testing teams.
• Proven work experience in software testing and software quality assurance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SQA Testing Team, guiding strategy and best practices.
• Design, implement, and maintain QA plans, validation procedures, test plans and cases.
• Collaborate with SQA Members, Analysts, Developers and clients to ensure QA alignment.
• Define testing strategies to meet product standards and SDLC integration.
• Monitor team velocity and adjust workloads as needed.
• Create and execute automated tests; record and track bugs thoroughly.
• Perform regression testing and improve testing processes for new and existing products.
