Signature Performance in the United States is seeking an experienced SQA Testing Lead to guide the quality assurance team, design and maintain test plans, and drive testing across software products to ensure reliability.

You will mentor team members, collaborate with analysts and developers, create automation scripts, monitor metrics, and continuously improve QA processes to support the organization’s operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' work experience as a software testing lead.
• Proven work experience in software testing.
• Proven work experience in software quality assurance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and people at the same time.
• Effective communication with a wide variety of audiences.
• Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision.
• High level of attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SQA Testing Team by providing guidance and developing SQA strategies and best practices.
• Design, implement, and maintain QA plans including validation procedures, test plans, and test cases.
• Collaborate with SQA team members, analysts, developers, and clients to ensure quality.
• Define testing strategies to meet standards for products.
• Coordinate testing activities and integrate SQA with the full SDLC.
• Monitor team velocity and capacity, adjusting workloads as needed.
• Create comprehensive test plans and test cases; develop automation scripts.
