Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Lead who is passionate about reliability and performance of software products. You will mentor the SQA team, design QA plans, and drive metrics to ensure IT systems support operations effectively.

You will collaborate with business analysts, developers, and clients to define testing strategies, develop automation, and improve SDLC integration while maintaining high standards and integrity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' work experience as a software testing lead.
• Proven work experience in software testing.
• Proven work experience in software quality assurance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and people at the same time.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of audiences.
• High level of attention to detail and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SQA Testing Team and contribute to development of strategies and best practices.
• Design, implement, and maintain QA plans including validation procedures, test plans, and test cases.
• Collaborate with SQA Analysts, Developers, and Clients to ensure quality.
• Define testing strategies to meet necessary standards and integrate with SDLC.
• Monitor team velocity and adjust workloads as needed.
• Create and execute automation scripts and regression tests.
• Track defects and QA metrics to drive process improvements.
• Stay current with new testing tools and strategies.
