Qualifications

• 3+ years as a software testing lead.
• Proven work experience in software testing and QA.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SQA Testing Team by guiding and developing SQA strategies.
• Design, implement, and maintain QA plans including validation procedures and test cases.
• Communicate effectively with SQA members, BAs, Analysts, Developers, and clients.
• Define testing strategies to ensure products meet standards.
• Monitor SDLC integration and SQA velocity; adjust workloads as needed.
• Create, prioritize, and coordinate test activities; develop automation scripts.
• Document and track defects; perform thorough regression testing.
• Track QA metrics and stay updated on testing tools and strategies.
