Qualifications

• 3+ years' work experience as a software testing lead.
• Proven work experience in software testing.
• Proven work experience in software quality assurance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and people at the same time.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of audiences.
• High level of attention to detail and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Leading the SQA Testing Team by providing guidance and developing strategies.
• Design, implement, and maintain QA plans including test plans and test cases.
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, and clients to ensure quality outcomes.
• Define testing strategies to meet product standards.
• Monitor SQA velocity and adjust workload as needed.
• Create detailed, comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products.
• Track quality metrics and open defect counts.
• Stay up to date with new testing tools and strategies.
