Signature Performance is seeking a Lead Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Testing Lead to guide a talented team in ensuring reliability and performance of our software products.

You will design QA plans, write test cases, and mentor team members while coordinating with developers, analysts, and clients to integrate QA across the SDLC.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' work experience as a software testing lead.
• Proven work experience in software testing.
• Proven work experience in software quality assurance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and people at the same time.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of audiences.
• Ability to successfully perform job functions with minimal supervision.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Personal traits -- high level commitment, team orientation, professionalism, and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SQA Testing Team and contribute to SQA strategies and best practices.
• Design, implement, and maintain QA plans including validation procedures, test plans, and test cases.
• Work with SQA Team Members, Technical BAs, System Analysts, Developers, and clients.
• Define testing strategies to ensure products meet standards.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate SQA into the full SDLC.
• Monitor SQA velocity and capacity to adjust workload.
• Analyze solution design, requirements, and technical documents for testing impact.
• Create detailed, comprehensive test plans and cases.
• Estimate, prioritize, and coordinate testing activities.
• Design, develop, and execute automation scripts.
• Identify, document, and track bugs.
• Perform thorough regression testing; manage defect tracking.
• Develop and apply testing processes for new/existing products.
• Liaise with internal teams to identify system requirements.
• Monitor debugging results; investigate non-conforming software.
• Track QA metrics such as defect density and open defects.
• Stay updated on testing tools and strategies.
