Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking an experienced SQA Testing Lead for a remote-based role nationwide. You will lead and mentor the SQA team, develop test strategies, and ensure quality across the SDLC.

You will design test plans, validate procedures, and execute automation scripts while coordinating with analysts, developers, and clients to deliver reliable software solutions. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' work experience as a software testing lead.
• Proven work experience in software testing.
• Proven work experience in software quality assurance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and people at the same time.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of audiences.
• Ability to successfully perform job functions with minimal supervision.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Personal traits -- high level commitment, team orientation, professionalism, and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SQA Testing Team by providing guidance and contributing to the development of SQA strategies and best practices.
• Design, implement, and maintain quality assurance plans including validation procedures, test plans, and test cases.
• Collaborate with SQA team members, analysts, developers, and clients to ensure quality across the SDLC.
• Define testing strategies to ensure product standards are met.
• Monitor SQA velocity and capacity and adjust workloads as needed.
• Create detailed, comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
• Develop and execute automation scripts.
• Track and document bugs thoroughly and perform regression testing when resolved.
• Develop testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
