Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking an SQA Testing Lead who will mentor the SQA team and drive quality across software products. You will design and maintain test plans, execute test cases, and collaborate with developers, analysts, and clients to ensure standards are met.

You will lead metrics tracking, develop automation, and coordinate testing across multiple projects while maintaining high attention to detail and integrity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as a software testing lead.
• Proven work experience in software testing.
• Proven work experience in software quality assurance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and people at the same time.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of audiences.
• High level of attention to detail and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SQA Testing Team and contribute to SQA strategies and best practices.
• Design, implement, and maintain QA plans including validation procedures, test plans and test cases.
• Collaborate with SQA team members, analysts, developers and clients to ensure quality.
• Define testing strategies to meet product standards and SDLC integration.
• Monitor team velocity and adjust workload as needed.
• Create detailed test plans and test cases; estimate and coordinate testing activities.
• Develop, execute and maintain automation scripts and regression tests.
• Identify, document, and track defects; monitor corrective actions.
