Signature Performance is seeking an experienced SQA Testing Lead to drive reliability and performance improvements for our software products. You will mentor the SQA team, develop testing plans, and ensure QA processes align with SDLC.

This is a remote nationwide role supporting federal and healthcare clients. Responsibilities include designing validation procedures, coordinating with technical analysts, and creating automation scripts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as a software testing lead.
• Proven experience in software testing and QA methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SQA Testing Team and develop strategies.
• Design and maintain QA plans, validation procedures, and test cases.
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, and clients for testing needs.
• Define testing strategies to ensure product standards.
• Monitor team velocity and adjust workload.
• Create and execute automation scripts and regression testing.
