Job summary

Acoufelt, LLC is seeking a Specification Manager for region 21.1 (Manhattan area) to develop relationships with architects and interior designers and to drive product specification within the A&D community.

This remote role in New York City centers on getting Acoufelt's solutions integrated into project designs by working closely with architects, interior designers, and the inside sales and special projects teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of success in architectural product sales or specification sales within the A&D community.
• Relationship-driven professional with a passion for working with architects and designers.
• Experience in consultative, solution-based selling in commercial interiors.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to deliver CEUs and educational sessions.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office for tracking opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with architects and designers to increase brand awareness and drive specification.
• Identify and create new opportunities by engaging A&D firms and presenting Acoufelt's solutions in a consultative approach.
• Deliver product presentations and educational sessions (CEUs) to design firms.
• Track and document activities and opportunities in CRM with accurate project details.
• Collaborate with inside sales and the special projects team to ensure seamless handoff toward pricing and bidding.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to position Acoufelt effectively.
• Follow up with designers and project stakeholders to maintain top-of-mind throughout the specification process.
