Job summary

Animal Outpatient Specialty Network is seeking a Specialty Recruiter to scale sourcing and screening for clinicians across our network. This remote California-based role collaborates with the Sr. Recruiter and HR to meet hiring goals and maintain strong candidate pipelines.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years in recruitment, strong communication, and familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools. A relocation option to Irvine, CA is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field, or equivalent recruiting experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with ATS and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates across levels via direct sourcing and outreach.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and track status in the ATS.
• Collaborate with HR and Marketing to strengthen employer branding.
• Coordinate screening calls and interview scheduling.
