Position Summary
Reporting to the Sr. Specialty Veterinary Recruiter, the Specialty Recruiter helps scale AOSN’s recruitment efforts by driving candidate sourcing, outreach, and pipeline development across our portfolio of clinics. Day to day, you will identify, engage, and screen candidates — increasing throughput and supporting the Sr. Recruiter in meeting the team’s hiring goals.
Beyond strong recruiting fundamentals, this role calls for sound judgment, integrity, initiative, and a high standard of professionalism. The ideal candidate is a recruitment professional — ideally with animal health experience — who is eager to deepen their expertise in a fast-growing specialty veterinary organization and to take on greater ownership over time.
AOSN offers a compensation package commensurate with this opportunity, including a competitive base salary and an incentive plan. The expected base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000, plus an annual incentive target. Actual compensation will depend on experience and qualifications.
