Danone North America Medical Nutrition is seeking a Specialty Territory Manager for the Nashville East area to drive sales and commercial initiatives. You will plan market development, optimize tools, and work toward hospital formulary approvals while building relationships with providers and hospital staff.

The role requires 1-8 years in sales, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and preferably a Registered Dietitian. Expect hybrid work with significant field travel and a strong benefits package.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Sales, Marketing, Nutrition, or related field.
• 1-8 years of recent sales or equivalent related work experience, aligned with the level of the role.
• Registered Dietitian preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and develop the market for existing and new products; optimize selling tools (marketing collateral, brochure, trunk stock, demo product, iPad videos).
• Drive demand by attaining Hospital Formulary approvals, exposure to Health Care Providers, and driving brand preference and loyalty.
• Drive prescriptions and Discharge Orders; conduct community awareness events; build partnerships (distribution, manufacturing, home care).
• Provide ongoing technical training and support to customers (In-Services).
• Serve as competent contact for hospital management, purchasing department, and hospital staff.
• Analyze and report market and business feedback weekly and monthly using all available tools.
