Amgen in the United States is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to be the primary customer contact, delivering clinical knowledge of Amgen products to medical professionals and navigating the payer environment. Responsibilities include detailing products, leading branded sales messages, building accounts, and developing territory plans with the District Manager.

• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech sales environments is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clinical benefits to medical professionals and negotiate with payers.

Responsabilidades

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products and communicate clinical benefits to medical professionals to drive appropriate utilization.
• Perform as a sales leader to achieve territory sales by delivering branded sales messages, conducting programs, and achieving or exceeding sales targets through in-person and virtual engagement.
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts including discussing customer needs, ensuring product access, resolving reimbursement issues, and maintaining contracts.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy, analyze sales activities and territory plans with the District Manager.
• Partner with colleagues to share best practices and grow as a Specialty Representative/Senior Specialist.
• Demonstrate passion for products and maintain that passion throughout the sales cycle while aligning with Amgen values.
