The role involves calling patients, coordinating with doctors and insurers, and translating prescription details for dispensing in our system.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and CPhT licensure; prior pharmacy or healthcare experience is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• National CPhT and/or registration/licensure as per state requirements.
• Minimum two years pharmacy support or healthcare experience preferred.

• Place calls to new and existing Specialty Pharmacy patients.
• Enroll patients into specialty services and collect payer information.
• Assist providers and insurance companies with prior authorizations and triage.
• Translate prescription information for dispensing in the pharmacy system.
