Lumicera Health Services, powered by Navitus, seeks an Intake Specialist I for the Specialty Pharmacy to enroll patients and ensure accurate records, including demographics, allergies, medication history, and payer details. This role centers on calling patients and providers, translating prescription specifics for dispensing, and supporting prior authorizations as needed.

The position may involve other pharmacy tech duties, with hours 8am–7pm (Mon–Thu) and 8am–6pm (Fri).

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• National CPhT and/or registration/licensure required per state.
• Minimum two years pharmacy support experience or healthcare environment experience.

Responsabilidades

• Place phone calls to new and existing Specialty Pharmacy patients.
• Enroll patients into specialty services including care management and copay/billing information.
• Assist providers and insurance companies in triaging prior authorizations for specialty patients.
