Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Clinical Account Executive to remotely manage and grow clinic accounts with a strong clinical focus. You will oversee referrals, prior authorizations, and engagement with providers, ensuring compliant, timely support and high customer satisfaction.

Requirements include a PharmD or Bachelor’s in Pharmacy, active pharmacist license, 2 years in specialty pharmacy or clinical account management, and proven client-facing experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or Pharm D required.
• Current, unrestricted pharmacist licensure in residence or ability to reciprocity within 4 months.
• 2 years in specialty pharmacy or clinical account management with client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain clinic relationships delivering professional service with a client-facing sales approach.
• Oversee the prescription referral process, including prior authorizations, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Meet with Sales and Account Management leadership to align clinical support with business objectives.
• Serve as the primary contact for resolving clinic-related issues with support teams.
• Coordinate with medical staff, pharmacies, insurers and patients to ensure professional interactions and timely updates.
• Proactively follow up with accounts requiring clinical intervention or oversight.
• Support pharmacist workflows by offering clinical insights to optimize efficiency.
• Utilize the CRM system to investigate contacts and track account activities.
• Monitor the financial performance of claims and referrals to optimize revenue and outcomes.
• Use Lumicera Prescriber Portal for communication and training of accounts and prescribers.
