Lumicera Health Services, LLC. is seeking a Pharmacist Operations Manager to lead daily operations in our specialty pharmacy. The role includes ensuring compliance with pharmacy laws and overseeing dispensing workflows. The ideal candidate will have a PharmD or BS degree and at least 5 years of licensed pharmacist experience.

You'll also be responsible for managing staff performance, inventory, and quality assurance programs while interacting with cross-functional teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years as a licensed Pharmacist required.
• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Registered Pharmacist.
• Lean/Six Sigma training or equivalent continuous improvement experience preferred.
