Job summary

Neovance is seeking a Specialty Pharmacy Operations Manager to lead a non‑commercial specialty pharmacy operations team. The role focuses on accurate prescription processing, patient outreach, and coaching a team of technicians and front-end staff to deliver high‑quality service while meeting metrics.

You will own end-to-end operations, improve throughput, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and pharmacist regulations while traveling to Lake Mary, FL as needed.

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS Pharm required; active Pharmacist license in Florida in good standing.
• 5+ years in pharmacy operations, specialty pharmacy, or related healthcare operations.
• 2+ years supervisory experience leading pharmacy techs, call center staff, or similar teams.
• Hands-on experience with prescription processing, third‑party billing, and electronic prescription workflows.
• Experience managing call center or patient outreach functions with accountability to quality and productivity metrics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee prescription processing and quality to ensure accurate, compliant workflows.
• Coordinate patient outreach for shipment coordination and timely delivery.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of pharmacy technicians and front-end staff; manage performance and training.
• Build a high-performance culture with ownership and patient-first mindset; plan staffing schedules.
