Job summary

Neovance LP in Memphis, Tennessee seeks a Registered Pharmacy Technician Supervisor to lead a fulfillment team, ensuring accurate order processing and strict compliance with SOPs.

You will blend hands-on supervision with strategic process improvements, shaping procedures and coaching staff to enhance patient outcomes and overall efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Must hold Tennessee Board of Pharmacy Registered Pharmacy Technician license.
  • Must hold National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT).
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of pharmacy technician experience, preferably in fulfillment or high-volume environments.
  • At least 2 years in a lead or supervisor role in a similar setting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations - oversee technician schedules, workflow assignments, overtime authorization, and time-off approvals to meet client processing requirements.
  • Ensure quality and compliance - verify tasks per program requirements, SOPs, and guidelines while monitoring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Resolve operational issues - review fulfillment deficiencies, submit IT tickets, identify staffing needs and process improvements.
  • Develop team performance - deliver coaching, conduct performance reviews, and manage improvement plans.
  • Ensure team readiness - participate in interviews, onboard new members, monitor training, maintain competency records.
  • Drive continuous improvement - participate in quality initiatives and update operational procedures.
  • Handle escalations - act as primary contact for customer service issues and resolve concerns.
  • Track performance metrics - work with leadership to meet program goals and targets.
  • Oversee inventory management - ensure proper handling and control of inventory.

Hours: Monday-Friday schedule with flexible start times and shifts up to 10 hours

The Opportunity:

Are you a licensed pharmacy technician with leadership experience ready to make a direct impact on patient care? As a Fulfillment Supervisor at Neovance, you'll lead a team of fulfillment technicians, ensuring accurate and timely order processing while maintaining compliance and operational excellence. This role combines hands‑on leadership with strategic oversight, giving you the opportunity to shape processes, develop talent, and directly contribute to better patient outcomes.


What You'll Do:


  • Manage daily operations - Oversee technician schedules, workflow assignments, overtime authorization, and time‑off approvals to meet client processing requirements.

  • Ensure quality and compliance - Verify technicians complete daily tasks according to program requirements, pharmacy SOPs, and procedural guidelines while monitoring efficiency and accuracy.

  • Resolve operational issues - Review fulfillment processing deficiencies, submit IT service tickets, and identify staffing needs and process improvements.

  • Develop team performance - Deliver regular coaching, conduct performance reviews, and manage performance improvement plans.

  • Ensure team readiness - Participate in interviews, onboard new team members, monitor training completion, and maintain competency records for compliance.

  • Drive continuous improvement - Participate in pharmacy quality initiatives and assist with developing, updating, and reviewing operational procedures.

  • Handle escalations - Serve as primary contact for customer service issues, complete order reviews and data analysis requests from program managers and pharmacists and professionally resolve concerns.

  • Track performance metrics - Partner with leadership to monitor and achieve program goals and operational targets.

  • Oversee inventory management - Ensure proper handling and management of inventory by the fulfillment team.


What You'll Bring:


  • Required Qualifications

    • Tennessee Board of Pharmacy Registered Pharmacy Technician license

    • National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT)

    • High School Diploma or equivalent education (Bachelor's degree preferred)

    • At least 5 years of pharmacy technician experience, preferably in fulfillment or high-volume environments

    • At least two years of experience in a lead or supervisor role in a similar environment



  • Preferred Qualifications

    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills

    • Strong leadership and communication abilities

    • Proficiency with computer systems and pharmacy software

    • Spanish language fluency
