Job summary

Neovance is seeking a hands-on Manager, Pharmacy Operations for its Florida-based remote team focused on specialty pharmacy services. You will lead prescription processing, data entry, and payer interactions while driving patient outreach and program performance.

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS Pharm required; active Pharmacist license in Florida in good standing.
• 5+ years of experience in pharmacy operations, specialty pharmacy, or related healthcare operations.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or management role leading pharmacy techs, call center staff, or similar teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee prescription processing functions including data entry, third-party processing, electronic prescription processing, and prescriber clarification calls.
• Ensure programs are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor processing workflows and implement improvements to reduce errors and increase throughput.
• Manage patient outreach for shipment coordination, ensuring timely delivery of therapies.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of pharmacy technicians and front-end staff.
• Develop staffing schedules and ensure adequate coverage across all operational hours.
• Build a culture of high performance, ownership, and patient-first thinking across the team.
