Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions, LLC is seeking a Pharmacist Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day leadership of our Specialty Pharmacy Clinical Services. This role ensures the regulatory compliance and operational excellence of a specialty mail-order pharmacy.

In this position, you will lead daily operations, manage staff, uphold compliance with pharmacy laws, and maintain quality assurance. A PharmD or BS degree and a current pharmacy license are required. You will enjoy top-tier health benefits, generous leave, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Registered Pharmacist in the state of residence.
• 5+ years as a licensed Pharmacist.
• 1+ year of experience as a Specialty Pharmacist is strongly preferred.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal/state pharmacy laws.
