Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Strategic Specialty Operation Manager to lead the day-to-day management of the Specialty program, including client relationships, data reporting, and cross-functional coordination for PBM clients. This role supports clinical strategies, patient care initiatives and quality improvements.

The position requires a Pharmacist license, PBM experience, and strong presentation and analytics skills. Remote work is available within the United States with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD with active license.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy and total cost of care.
• Experience with account management and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in delivering presentations and MS Office.
• Willing to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ongoing client relationships and analysis for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate with Client Management Leadership to drive strategic goals.
• Provide education and guidance on specialty pharmacy services and KPIs.
• Develop action plans and drive improvements in client satisfaction.
• Support quarterly business reviews with KPI and pipeline tracking.
