At the heart of Neovance's non-commercial specialty pharmacy is a team that processes prescriptions, coordinates patient shipments, and makes sure the right therapy gets to the right patient — on time and without barriers. As Manager, Pharmacy Operations you'll lead that team.
This role sits at the intersection of pharmacy operations and patient coordination — equal parts process leader and people developer. You'll own the accuracy and efficiency of prescription processing, drive the patient outreach that keeps programs running smoothly, and build a team of pharmacy techs, front-end staff, and call coordinators who are proud of the work they do.
